This is how the conversion will proceed<\/h2>\n

As you may already know, the renaming of our audit platform is taking place as part of our strategic repositioning. mQuest Audit is becoming cluetec Audit. This change is associated with important technical adjustments that affect your use of cluetec Audit. <\/p>\n

On this page, we would like to inform you about which changes will come into effect in our audit management software at which time. The page will be continuously updated throughout the development process. Additionally, all users will be informed directly within cluetec Audit via system messages. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Note: The adjustments will be implemented successively in cluetec Audit. Please note the timeline and the FAQs regarding the conversion. This page is continuously updated. <\/i><\/p>\n

From mQuest Audit to cluetec Audit \u2013 When does what happen?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Adjustment of the name and the logo <\/h2>\n

mQuest Audit will become cluetec Audit \u2013 everywhere. Thus, the name and the logo will also be adjusted in the portal, the app, and in our communication. Naturally, the proven method of working with the cluetec software will not change as a result. <\/p>\n

Adjustments to the URL and the domain<\/h2>\n

As part of our rebranding, we are adjusting the URL and domain structure to cluetec Audit. The cluetec Audit Platform will be accessible under cluetec.com in the future. In addition, every customer will receive their own sub-domain, which will eliminate the need to enter the client or user ID when logging into cluetec Audit. <\/p>\n

<In this table, tenant>represents the tenant or user ID you previously used to log in to cluetec Audit. If you don’t log in via a separate login window, you will find your ID or client number within the URL. <\/p>\n

Forwarding old URLs and client input<\/h3>\n

To ensure a smooth transition to the new system architecture, there will be a defined transition period. During this period, existing URLs will remain functional and will lead to a new screen for entering the tenant. Entering the tenant will automatically redirect you to the new domains or updated URLs. <\/p>\n

Please note, however, that these entries and redirects will only be active for a limited time. After the transition period, old URLs and bookmarks will no longer work. We therefore recommend updating your bookmarks early. <\/p>\n

As part of a system changeover, we would like to inform you that currently saved bookmarks will no longer work after the end of the transition period.<\/p>\n

Please update your bookmarks in a timely manner to ensure continued smooth access to the content you require.<\/p>\n

Further adjustments and notes<\/h2>\n

The conversion of mQuest Audit to cluetec Audit will result in further changes in detail. What will not change is the user-friendly and efficient way of working with the cluetec Audit software. <\/p>\n

API usage<\/h3>\n

All customers who directly integrate the cluetec Audit API must also adapt to the new domain structure. In the future, <tenant>.cluetec.com must be used for API integration. <\/p>\n

cluetec Audit App<\/h3>\n

The current app version will continue to be supported for a transitional period. However, after the transition, it must be updated to the latest version. <\/p>\n

Access Links \/ Anonyme Links<\/h3>\n

According to current knowledge, no adjustments to access links \/ anonymous links are necessary<\/p>\n

QR-Codes<\/h3>\n

QR codes for setting up the cluetec Audit App can still be used<\/p>\n

September\/October 2025:<\/strong> All logos and attributions in the applications will be updated.<\/p>\n

October\/November 2025: <\/strong>Update of all emails, exports and templates.<\/p>\n

From September 30, 2025 | Portal URLs:<\/strong> Update your bookmarks to match the new URLs.<\/p>\n

From September 30, 2025 | Mobile applications: <\/strong>Update the apps on your smartphone or tablet.<\/p>\n

If you use an API in conjunction with cluetec Audit:<\/i><\/p>\n

From September 30, 2025 | APIs: Update your client code to reference the API base URL.<\/p>\n
