Current status of the changeover<\/h3>\n

\nSeptember 30, 2025: Step 02 \u2013 New URLs \u2013 downtime of approx. 1 hour is expected at 8:00 a.m CEST<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is how the changeover will work<\/h2>\n

We’re excited to share that as part of our strategic rebranding, mQuest Audit will now be known as cluetec Audit. Along with this name change, several important technical updates will enhance your experience with our platform.<\/p>\n

This page will keep you informed about all upcoming changes to our audit management software, including their rollout schedules. Please revisit regularly for the latest updates. Additionally, notifications will also be provided directly within the cluetec Audit web portal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note: Changes will be implemented gradually. Please see the timeline and the FAQ section for details. This page is updated continuously.<\/i><\/p>\n

Brand and visual identity change<\/h2>\n

\t\tThe mQuest Audit rebranding to cluetec Audit will be reflected across our portal, app, and communications, however, the effective proven workflow you rely on using the cluetec software will remain consistent.

URL and domain updates<\/h2>\n

As part of our rebranding, we’re updating the URL and domain structure. The cluetec Audit platform will soon be available at cluetec.com. Each client will have a unique sub-domain, eliminating the need for tenant input during login.<\/p>\n

<tenant> in this table represents the client with which you have previously logged in to cluetec Audit.<\/p>\n

Important: Your current login credentials (username and password) will remain the same.<\/i><\/p>\n

Redirects and transition period<\/h3>\n

To facilitate a seamless transition, current URLs and system access methods will remain operational for a specified transition period. During this time, if you input your previous client information we will automatically redirect you to the updated domains.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind, these redirects are temporary, and outdated URLs and bookmarks will cease to function post-transition. We strongly recommend updating your bookmarks promptly.<\/p>\n

Please ensure that your bookmarks are updated before the end of the transition period to maintain uninterrupted access to our services.\t\t<\/p>\n

Further adjustments and notes
\n<\/h2>\n

The transformation from mQuest Audit to cluetec Audit includes further nuanced changes. However, the user engagement and your experience using cluetec Audit remains intuitive and efficient.<\/p>\n

API integration<\/h3>\n

Any clients integrating directly with cluetec Audit API will require updates to align with the new domain structure. In future, use <tenant>.cluetec.com to integrate our API.<\/p>\n

cluetec Audit App<\/h3>\n

The current app version will still be supported for a transitional period. However, after the changeover, the app must be updated to the latest version.<\/p>\n

Access links<\/h3>\n

At present, no changes are necessary for Access Links or Anonymous Links. However, this may change in the near future and we will inform you about any relevant actions on your part beforehand.<\/p>\n

QR Codes<\/h3>\n

QR codes to set up the cluetec Audit App will continue to function as usual.<\/p>\n

September 30, 2025<\/strong>: The new customized URLs (e.g. \u201ctenant.cluetec.com\u201d) will be available.<\/p>\n

September\/October 2025:<\/strong> All logos and names appearing in the applications are updated.<\/p>\n

October\/November 2025:\u00a0<\/strong>Updating all e-mails, exports and templates.<\/p>\n

January 2026:<\/strong> Old URLs (e.g. \u201caudit.mquest.de\u201d) are deactivated and removed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

Don’t worry, as a cluetec Audit user you don’t have to change almost anything. Here is an overview with recommended actions for the individual adjustments.<\/p>\n

July 2025 | Identity provider:<\/strong> No need for action on your part. We’ll take care of it.<\/p>\n

From September 30, 2025 | Portal-URLs:<\/strong> Update your bookmarks so that they match the new URLs.<\/p>\n

From September 30, 2025 | Mobile applications:<\/strong> Update the apps on your smartphone or tablet.<\/p>\n

If you use an API in conjunction with cluetec Audit:<\/i><\/p>\n

From September 30, 2025<\/strong> | APIs: Update your client code to address the API base URL.<\/p>\n

The current app version will be supported until the end of the year. After that, an update to the new version will be required.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/details>\n
