Quality in the digital transformation – Review of the DGQ Quality Days
How are quality management and audits changing in the age of AI and digitization? Two of the most important specialist events of the year were dedicated to precisely these questions: the 10th North German Quality Day in Hamburg and the 4th South German Quality Day in Stuttgart – organized by the German Society for Quality (DGQ).
cluetec was actively represented at both events as a provider of audit software – with exciting insights, many discussions and important impulses for the further development of digital quality processes.
10th North German Quality Day 2025 - Quality ensures success
On June 4, 2025, experts from all over Germany came together in Hamburg for the 10th North German Quality Day.
The motto “Quality management in a changing world” was reflected throughout the entire program – with a strong focus on:
- Digitization in quality management
- Efficiency potential through digital tools
- Future trends in audit processes
Titus Krauss, Head of Marketing & Sales at cluetec, was present at the event. The exchange of experiences on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into existing QM systems was particularly popular – a topic that is already implemented in our audit software today.
4th Southern German Quality Day 2025 - Practical QM at Fraunhofer IPA
Just three weeks later, on June 27, 2025, things continued in Stuttgart: The 4th South German Quality Day took place at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA) – a place that stands for technological innovation like no other.
The program offered practical content relating to the transformation of quality management:
- AI integration in quality assurance processes
- Dealing with increasing process complexity
- Digital support for audit processes
- Further development of agile QM systems
Our team gained valuable insights into how digital audits can be made even more efficient – and how our audit solution can be adapted even better to the challenges of tomorrow.
