For regularly recurring audits, you can set up recurring appointments, which cluetec Audit automatically creates at the desired frequency. The implementation of cluetec Audit takes an average of six to eight weeks—or slightly longer, depending on the scope. During this time, we guide you step by step until a successful launch.

Next, you schedule the audit, set the timeframe or date, select the responsible auditor, and define the relevant requirements from the master checklist. cluetec Audit automatically notifies the auditor via email about the upcoming appointment.

At the scheduled time, the auditor conducts the audit either offline in the app or online in the browser. After the data is transferred, the system automatically generates a preliminary audit report in the portal. You can edit and customize the report as needed.

As soon as the report is complete, cluetec Audit automatically generates a corrective action for each identified non-conformity. Documentation of the cause and resolution takes place in the integrated corrective action management module. Additional users can be easily involved in this process. You only need an internet connection twice: when you download or update a scheduled audit to your device, and when you transfer the collected data for evaluation or further processing. You can easily configure the cluetec Audit App by scanning a QR code. You will receive this from cluetec. The app will then automatically sync with your smartphone or tablet and load all the audits assigned to you. All audits are then available to you even when offline.

Yes, you can also conduct your audits directly in your browser—without needing the mobile app. Unlike the app, however, you’ll need an active internet connection to do so. Some features, such as the camera, are only available to a limited extent in the browser.

With cluetec Audit, you create your own checklists. In doing so, you determine how you want to rate specific requirements in your checklist. In the integrated checklist editor, you define the appropriate rating type for each checkpoint—standardized or customized to your processes.

Various rating types are available to you:

  • Numerical scales: Use predefined scales such as the 10/8/6/4/0 scale according to VDA or typical ISO categories such as major or minor non-conformity, potential for improvement, positive aspects, or conformity. Simple distinctions such as “OK” / “Not OK” are also available. If needed, you can configure your own rating scales with just a few clicks.
  • Measurement values: Record actual values such as temperature or pressure and let cluetec Audit automatically assess whether they fall within the limits or if there are deviations.
  • Text-based evaluations: Formulate your own evaluation texts for compliant and non-compliant results. In case of non-compliance, select one or more predefined deviations to document the result precisely.

You can flexibly combine the various evaluation types—even within a single audit. This allows you to optimally tailor your checklists to your requirements and audit standards.

As a SaaS solution, the cluetec Audit Portal is always up to date and does not require any active updates on your part.

Our mobile app is available in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store and is updated—as usual—directly through the stores. We recommend keeping the apps up to date at all times.

New versions are also announced via the notification feature in the cluetec Audit Portal. Thanks to our zero-downtime policy, updates are typically performed without any downtime, so you can use cluetec Audit smoothly at all times.

We place great importance on ensuring that cluetec Audit is available at all times without interruption.

In rare cases, however, major maintenance work may be required, which entails scheduled downtime. We will notify you of such maintenance windows, including the expected duration, via email at least 30 days in advance.
