On September 23, 2025, our cluetec Audit User Conference took place in idyllic Sasbachwalden at the Alde Gott winegrowers’ cooperative. Under the motto “Audit smart, not hard”, audit professionals, customers and partners met for professional exchange and networking, embedded in the picturesque scenery of the Black Forest. With more than 20 participants, the event was a complete success and offered a whole day full of inspiration, innovation and personal encounters.
A complete success, knowledge meets networking
This year, the cluetec Audit User Conference was able to further establish itself as a platform for all users involved in audits, quality assurance and digitalization. We welcomed our users in the morning, who attended in large numbers despite the rainy Black Forest weather. After a warm introduction by Peter Walz(Head of Customer Growth & Excellence) and Matthias Helferich (Managing Partner, Product & Operations), the varied program began.
The relaxed atmosphere of the Alde Gott Conference Center provided the ideal setting to combine specialist topics with personal exchange. Many visitors took the opportunity to make contacts, share experiences and gain new perspectives.

The program of the User Conference 2025 was rich in highlights and reflected the dynamism of the industry. The speakers presented forward-looking topics that show how audits can be made smarter, more flexible and more efficient.
Audit Intelligence – The AI revolution for audits
CTO Iskandar Abudiab and Senior Solution Sales Executive Rainer Schuller gave an impressive demonstration of how artificial intelligence automates and simplifies audits, from data analysis to reporting. A development roadmap was presented and customers were able to prioritize the further development of certain functions.
Global rollout at SEW-EURODRIVE
Matthias Müller reported on the challenges and successes of the international implementation of cluetec Audit. The level of digitization at SEW caused amazement and many interested questions, Mathias Müller showed what is possible here.

Between the specialist presentations, snack breaks, coffee and cake offered plenty of opportunity to make new contacts. The atmosphere was characterized by open exchange, practical questions and constructive discussions. Many participants emphasized that it was precisely these discussions that made up the greatest added value of the event.
Enjoyable finale at the Alde Gott
After a day full of knowledge and innovation, we moved seamlessly into the enjoyable part of the user conference:
Günter Lehmann, Managing Director of the Alde Gott Winzergenossenschaft, gave our guests a tour of the historic wine cellars. There, the participants learned exciting background stories about viticulture and regional tradition. This was followed by a wine tasting with Black Forest specialties in the Weitblick wine bar, the perfect setting for informal discussions, networking and a relaxed finale. Many participants particularly praised the combination of professionalism and enjoyment, which gave the day a unique touch.

The cluetec Audit User Conference 2025 was a complete success in terms of both organization and content.
