This is how the conversion will proceed
As you may already know, the renaming of our audit platform is taking place as part of our strategic repositioning. mQuest Audit is becoming cluetec Audit. This change is associated with important technical adjustments that affect your use of cluetec Audit.
On this page, we would like to inform you about which changes will come into effect in our audit management software at which time. The page will be continuously updated throughout the development process. Additionally, all users will be informed directly within cluetec Audit via system messages.
Note: The adjustments will be implemented successively in cluetec Audit. Please note the timeline and the FAQs regarding the conversion. This page is continuously updated.
Adjustment of the name and the logo
mQuest Audit will become cluetec Audit – everywhere. Thus, the name and the logo will also be adjusted in the portal, the app, and in our communication. Naturally, the proven method of working with the cluetec software will not change as a result.
Adjustments to the URL and the domain
As part of our rebranding, we are adjusting the URL and domain structure to cluetec Audit. The cluetec Audit Platform will be accessible under cluetec.com in the future. In addition, every customer will receive their own sub-domain, which will eliminate the need to enter the client or user ID when logging into cluetec Audit.
Here are the specific adjustments (not all may be relevant for your installation):

<In this table, tenant>represents the tenant or user ID you previously used to log in to cluetec Audit. If you don’t log in via a separate login window, you will find your ID or client number within the URL.
Forwarding old URLs and client input
To ensure a smooth transition to the new system architecture, there will be a defined transition period. During this period, existing URLs will remain functional and will lead to a new screen for entering the tenant. Entering the tenant will automatically redirect you to the new domains or updated URLs.
Please note, however, that these entries and redirects will only be active for a limited time. After the transition period, old URLs and bookmarks will no longer work. We therefore recommend updating your bookmarks early.
Bookmarks
As part of a system changeover, we would like to inform you that currently saved bookmarks will no longer work after the end of the transition period.
Please update your bookmarks in a timely manner to ensure continued smooth access to the content you require.
Further adjustments and notes
The conversion of mQuest Audit to cluetec Audit will result in further changes in detail. What will not change is the user-friendly and efficient way of working with the cluetec Audit software.
API usage
All customers who directly integrate the cluetec Audit API must also adapt to the new domain structure. In the future, <tenant>.cluetec.com must be used for API integration.
cluetec Audit App
The current app version will continue to be supported for a transitional period. However, after the transition, it must be updated to the latest version.
Access Links / Anonyme Links
According to current knowledge, no adjustments to access links / anonymous links are necessary

Frequently asked questions about rebranding
What will change?
mQuest Audit will be renamed to cluetec Audit. Wherever mQuest Audit appears, it will be replaced by cluetec Audit. This includes all attributions, logos, emails, exports, URLs, the login screen, and the apps.
When will the changes be implemented?
The changes will be implemented gradually over the next few months.
July 2025: The identity provider changes from “identity.mquest.de” to “identity.cluetec.com”.
September 30, 2025: The new customer-specific URLs (e.g., “tenant.cluetec.com”) will be available.
September/October 2025: All logos and attributions in the applications will be updated.
October/November 2025: Update of all emails, exports and templates.
January 2026: Old URLs (e.g. “audit.mquest.de”) will be deactivated and removed.
What should I do?
Don’t worry, as a cluetec Audit user, you don’t have to change almost anything. Here’s an overview with recommended actions for the individual adjustments.
July 2025 | Identity providers: No action required on your part. We’ll take care of it.
From September 30, 2025 | Portal URLs: Update your bookmarks to match the new URLs.
From September 30, 2025 | Mobile applications: Update the apps on your smartphone or tablet.
If you use an API in conjunction with cluetec Audit:
From September 30, 2025 | APIs: Update your client code to reference the API base URL.
The current app version will be supported until the end of the year. After that, an update to the new version will be required.
What deadlines apply?
There are two important deadlines for the URL migration:
1. Soft deadline – September 30, 2025
From this point on, the previous URLs will be considered obsolete, but will remain functional. The following changes will apply:
- When you click
audit.mquest.de, you will be automatically redirected to an intermediate page. This page informs you about the rebranding and then takes you to the respective client portal. - The API endpoints under
audit.mquest.de/apicontinue to work, but are also considered deprecated and will no longer be supported in the medium term. - App version support: The current app version will be supported until the end of the year. After that, an app update will be required.
This phase is intended to ensure a smooth transition and gives you sufficient time to adjust your bookmarks and system integrations.
2. Hard deadline – January 2026
After this deadline, the old URLs will be considered completely deactivated. Details can be found in the next question.
What happens after the deadline?
After January 2026, all previous URLs, i.e. URLs containing “mquest.de”, will be deactivated and removed.
This includes all cluetec audit web portals and all API endpoints.
Any bookmarks and/or API clients that point to the old URLs will no longer function as intended.
App versions released before October 2025 will no longer be supported.
Will data be lost due to the changeover or downtime?
No. All data will be retained even during the transition or temporary downtimes.
