Continuous quality management for the best shopping experience at Fraport AG

Frankfurt Airport Retail has developed into one of Fraport AG’s most successful business segments. Various marketplaces – integrated into the high-quality airport architecture – are located in central locations along the traffic routes, before and after the security checkpoints.

Only first-class rental partners with expertise in retail or gastronomy are sought and invited by Fraport to take part in competitive procedures. In order to meet the high standards, Fraport AG has introduced a continuous quality management system, which includes regular store checks. The store checks are planned, controlled, carried out and analyzed with cluetec Audit.
