The year 2025 was a year with a clear direction for cluetec. More digital audit processes. Intensive exchange with customers. And a team that shapes progress together.
cluetec Audit continued to develop as a platform for the digitization of audit management and quality processes. Feedback from projects, user dialogs and specialist events shaped our year and ensured real product improvements.
Highlights 2025: cluetec audit in focus
cluetec Audit User Conference 2025
The audit user conference in Karlsruhe was a key event. Customers shared experiences from their day-to-day audit work. In live demos, we were able to show new functions, present use cases and discuss together how digital audit processes can remain fit for the future.
The exchange confirmed that end-to-end, digitally organized audits offer clear advantages in terms of quality, speed and transparency.
Software Development Day 2025
The internal Software Development Day also focused on audit development and user orientation. Product management, development and UX worked closely together. The aim was to further improve functions and identify future requirements at an early stage.
25 years of cluetec
Another highlight was our company anniversary. We have been developing digital solutions for data, quality and audit processes for 25 years. From data collector to audit software specialist, we have achieved a great deal. This is precisely what motivates us to continue thinking boldly ahead and to continuously expand existing solutions.

As the year draws to a close, the lights glow warmly through the streets of Karlsruhe and the scent of roasted almonds wafts through the Christmas market, we at cluetec pause for a moment. We think about what really counts. Cohesion. Compassion. Togetherness in our city.
The outpatient children’s hospice service accompanies these families from the moment the diagnosis is made.
They provide advice, support and relief in everyday life. Full-time staff and volunteers do a great job here, with time, closeness and warmth in moments when words are often not enough.
We are grateful for a successful year 2025, and at the same time we would like to think of those who do not have it easy. With our donation, we want to help this work to continue. Because every smile that comes back in a difficult time means a lot.
With this support, we say thank you. To people who care for others with dedication.
For us, Christmas is also a time of giving. We are happy to pass on a piece of hope.

Looking ahead to 2026
